Age Limit: Candidates maximum age is 45 years. Age Relaxation is applied for Retired Officers.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are shortlisted and called for interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply on a plain paper indicating name of the post applied, full name in block letters, address, phone number, email id, date of Birth as on SSC, Educational qualifications mentioning name of the course, institute and university, year of passing and % of marks obtained, experience clearly mentioning organization worked for, post held, duration and responsibility of post with salary and any along with passport size photo, attested copies of educational qualification & work experience certificates to Commissioner (Family Welfare) & Director, National Health Mission, Arogya Bhavan, 3rd floor, St.George’s Hospital Compound, P.D’Mello Road, Mumbai -400001 on or before 10-01-2014.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Medical Graduation with PG/ Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine on Epidemiologists with 2 years of experience for Epidemiologists and Medical Graduation with PG/ Diploma in Microbiology, Virology, Pathology with 2 years experience for Microbiologists and MD (PSM)/ equivalent DPH with 3 years of experience for Consultant Training.
