Application Fee: Candidates should pay of Rs. 250/-(Rs. 50/- in case of SC/ ST) by Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of ‘ESI Fund A/c No 1’ payable at SBI parippally branch. No Application fee for female candidates.
